The Emirates Marina Hotel & Residence offers guests in Dubai on business the convenience of a fully-equipped business centre, open 18 hours daily. The centre features a six-person meeting room, glass-enclosed PC stations with full internet access, printing facilities and a private telephone exchange (PABX). Our executive boardroom which comfortably seats 14 people comes complete with teleconferencing facilities, wi-fi, projectors and the latest in audio-visual equipment. If you have faxing, typing or translating requirements, we also provide a secretarial service on request. All rooms also come equipped with high-speed internet access.

Payment Policy: 15 days pre-payment is required for confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation or amendments from date of confirmation and up to 7 days prior to arrival , 7 nights charge.
Reduction in length of stay or early departure , remain nights reserved to a maxi 7 nights charge.
Long Stay: 90 days up to 365 days
One month stay Security deposit required on arrival and refunded on departure if there is no damage.
Payment Policy: One Month in advance , a cheque for the 1st month is required 30 days prior to check in otherwise the booking will be cancelled
