The Meadows

Mai Ling is a beautiful two storey detached Villa with private swimming pool located within the beautifully landscaped, security controlled residential area The Meadows, complete with lush parks, swimming pools and picturesque lakes. The Meadows is a mere 7 minute drive to Arabian Gulf coastline, pristine Jumeirah beach and the many attractions and amenities of the Dubai Marina and adjacent five star hotel beach resorts. It is a 10 minute stroll to the Montgomery Golf Course, Academy and Club House, and a 5 minute drive to the Championship Emirates Golf Course & Club Complex, famous for hosting The European PGA Dubai Desert Classic.

The villa is conveniently positioned for access to the main routes through Dubai; Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road highways. From the highway you are a drive away from the many Dubai attractions like the Madinat Souqs, The Burj Al Arab, Dubai Creek and the Gold Souq. It is only a 10 minutes drive to the impressive Ibn Battuta Shopping Mall and equal distance from the new Mall of the Emirates, reputedly the largest in the Middle East with its’ attached Snow Dome and state of the art Ski Slopes!
Closer to home, walk (3 minutes) to the local community centre with its’ supermarket and recreation club, which can be joined on a temporary basis. The Club includes a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and full health and recreation facilities including gymnasium, tennis and squash.

The Villa

The villa itself is spacious and airy and equipped with every amenity you can think of to provide a real home from home which you can truly relax in.
The fully equipped fitted kitchen looks out onto the pool and boasts all appliances including microwave, breakfast area with seating, and all of the utensils and crockery you need for a stress free stay.
A separate Family Room off the kitchen has comfortable seating for 6+, includes a sound system, and opens out onto a spacious terrace with outside dining and BBQ

The bright and beautifully furnished Lounge has satellite TV with channels to suit every taste internationally, a DVD player for movies and music and high speed internet access. The Lounge opens onto a cosy dining area for 6.

As well as guest bathroom downstairs, a large separate utility area houses the washing machine, drier and facilities to ensure you are completely self sufficient.

Upstairs, the Master Bedroom opens onto a large terrace and has its’ own dressing area with built in wardrobes, as well as an ensuite bathroom with bath, double vanity and walk in shower.

Another good sized double bedroom onto a small balcony and a twin with square terrace provides sleeping for an additional four people, as well as a shared bathroom.

Outside the terrace with outside dining for 6 opens onto a landscaped garden with a large temperature controlled pool and water feature. BBQ and loungers provide a perfect area to relax, swim and sunbath in privacy.
